AN ORDINANCE, vacating five (5) sewer easements in a
tract of land in U.S. Survey 1962, Township 45 North and 46 North,
Range 5 East, St. Louis, County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the subject easements, and this District
has no further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The five (5) sewer easements in a tract of
land in U.S. Survey 1962, Township 45 North and 46 North, Range 5
East as respectively recorded in Deed Book 7317, Pages 742, 743,
744, 745, 746, 747, 748, 749, 750 and 751 of the St. Louis County
Records are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 11, 1995.
