AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Genesis Corporation
(Johnson & Higgins, Inc., agent) for the District's Excess Workers'
Compensation Insurance coverage from July 1, 1995 to June 30, 1996.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The General Reinsurance Corporation is
hereby awarded the contract for the District's Excess Workers'
Compensation Insurance coverage from July 1, 1995 to June 30, 1996.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 8, 1995.
