AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Travelers Insurance
Company (Johnson & Higgins, Inc., agent) for the District's Boiler
and Machinery Insurance coverage from July 1, 1995 to June 30,
1996.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Travelers Insurance Company is hereby
awarded the contract for the District's Boiler and Machinery
coverage from July 1, 1995 to June 30, 1996.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 8, 1995.
