AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Lumbermen's Mutual
Insurance Company (Johnson & Higgins, Inc., agent) for the
District's Contractor's Equipment Insurance (Inland Marine)
coverage from July 1, 1995 to June 30, 1996.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Lumbermen's Mutual Insurance Company
is hereby awarded the contract for the District's Contractor's
Equipment Insurance (Inland Marine) coverage from July 1, 1995 to
June 30, 1996.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 8, 1995.
