AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to the National Union
Fire Insurance Company (Johnson & Higgins, Inc., agent) for the
District's Commercial General Liability Insurance coverage from
July 1, 1995 to June 30, 1996.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The National Union Fire Insurance Company
is hereby awarded the contract for the District's Commercial
General Liability Insurance coverage from July 1, 1995 to June 30,
1996.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 8, 1995.
