AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to American Motorists
Insurance Company (Johnson & Higgins, Inc., agent) for covering the
bond for the Secretary-Treasurer for the period July 1, 1995 to
June 30, 1996.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The American Motorists Insurance Company
is hereby awarded the contract for the bond for the Secretary-
Treasurer from July 1, 1995 to June 30, 1996.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 8, 1995.
