AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Coregis Indemnity
Insurance Co. (Johnson & Higgins, Inc., agent) for the District's
Public Official Liability Insurance coverage from July 1, 1995 to
June 30, 1996.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Coregis Indemnity Insurance Co. is hereby
awarded the contract for the District's Public Official Liability
Insurance coverage from July 1, 1995 to June 30, 1996.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 8, 1995
