AN ORDINANCE, awarding contracts to The Hartford
Specialty Insurance Company (Johnson & Higgins, Inc., agent) and
the Travelers Insurance Company and Royal Insurance Company
(Johnson & Higgins, Inc., agent) for the District's Excess Flood
and Earthquake Insurance coverage from July 1, 1995 to June 30,
1996.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Hartford Specialty Insurance Company
is hereby awarded the contract for the District's Excess Flood and
Earthquake Insurance coverage, for cumulative flood and earthquake
damage ranging from $75 Million through $100 Million from July 1,
1995 to June 30, 1996.
Section Two. The Travelers Insurance Company and Royal
Insurance Company are hereby awarded contracts for the District's
Excess Flood and Earthquake Insurance coverage, for cumulative
flood and earthquake damage ranging from $100 Million through $200
Million, from July 1, 1995 to June 30, 1996.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 8, 1995.
