AN ORDINANCE, vacating five (5) portions of the sewer
easements in a tract of land being part of Lots A and B of "Warson
Woods 2nd Addition", a subdivision according to the plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 56, Page 75, St. Louis County Records; also
being in Lots 20 through 31 and part of Lot 19 in Block 1 of
"Warson Woods Addition", a subdivision according to the plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 37, Page 37, St. Louis County
Records; also being part of Lots 1 and 4 in Block 1 and Lots 2
through 8 in Block 3 of "Manchester Forest Resubdivision", a
subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book
32, Page 30, St. Louis County Records; and being part of Section
30, Township 45 North, Range 6 East, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portions of subject easements, and this
District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of sewer
easements are hereby vacated, to wit:
Five parcels being part of a tract of land in Warson
Woods 2nd Addition, Warson Woods Addition and Manchester Forest
Resubdivision and being more particularly described as:
Parcel 1
The south 10 feet of Lots 19 through 29, the
east 10 feet of Lot 19, and the east 10 feet

of Lots 30 and 31 in Block 1 of Warson Woods
Addition recorded in Plat Book 37, Page 37 of
the St. Louis County Records.
Parcel 2
The south 2.5 feet of Lot 2 and the north 2.5
feet of Lot 1 in Block 1 of Manchester Forest
Resubdivision as recorded in Plat Book 32,
Page 30 of the St. Louis County Records, now
part of Lot "B" of Warson Woods 2nd Addition
as recorded in Plat Book 56, Page 75.
Parcel 3
The east 5 feet of Lots 6, 5 and part of 4 in
Block 1 of Manchester Forest Resubdivision as
recorded in Plat Book 32, Page 30, now part of
Lots 29 and 31 in Block 1 of Warson Woods
Addition as recorded in Plat Book 37, Page 37
of the St. Louis County Records. The south
end of said easement is at the south line of
said Lot 31 in Block 1 of Warson Woods
Addition.
Parcel 4
The south 2.5 feet of the east 100 feet of Lot
32, and the north 2.5 feet of Lots 1 and 2 in
Block 2 of Manchester Forest Resubdivision as
recorded in Plat Book 32, Page 30 of the St.
Louis County Records, now part of Lot "B" of
Warson Woods 2nd Addition as recorded in Plat
Book 56, Page 75.
Parcel 5
The south 2.5 feet of the west 100 feet of Lot
6 and the north 2.5 feet of Lots 4 and 5 in
Block 2 of Manchester Forest Resubdivision as
recorded in Plat Book 32, Page 30 of the St.
Louis County Records, now part of Lot "A" of
Warson Woods 2nd Addition as recorded in Plat
Book 56, Page 75.
