AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in a
tract of land being part of Lot 65 of "Quiet Village Plat 12", a
subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri according to the plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 107, Page 2 of the St. Louis
County Records.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of the subject easements, and
this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a sewer
easement on Lot 65 of Quiet Village Plat 12 is hereby vacated, to
wit:
Commencing at the intersection of the north line of Lot
65 of Quiet Village Plat 12, said north line also being
the south line of Lot 64 of Quiet Village Plat 12, with
the west line of Moncoeur Drive (50 feet wide); thence
South 74 degrees 44 minutes 20 seconds West, a distance
of 120.00 feet to a point; thence leaving said north line
South 15 degrees 15 minutes 40 seconds East a distance of
5.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence North 74
degrees 44 minutes 20 seconds East, a distance of 34.61
feet to a point; thence South 80 degrees 10 minutes 01
seconds East a distance of 10.47 feet to a point; thence
South 25 degrees 09 minutes 03 seconds West, a distance
of 11.69 feet to a point; thence South 42 degrees 54
minutes 41 seconds West, a distance of 42.97 feet to a
point; thence North 15 degrees 15 minutes 40 seconds West
a distance of 36.00 feet to the point of beginning and
containing 947 square feet, more or less.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 8, 1995.
