AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00) from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek to be used for additional project costs for the
construction of rock fill slope protection and storm sewers in
Infrastructure Repair #113 (Apple Blossom Court) 94019, in the
City of Florissant, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 9533, as adopted April 20, 1995,
appropriated the initial funding for said project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($250,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
to be used for additional project costs for the construction of
rock fill slope protection and storm sewers in Infrastructure
Repair #113 (Apple Blossom Court) 94019, in the City of
Florissant, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 8, 1995.
