Home My Public Portal About09603REPEALED BY ORDINANCE NO. 9676 - 9/14/95 O R D I N A N C E NO. 9603 AN ORDINANCE, repealing Ordinance No. 9200, as adopted May 11, 1994, and enacting a new Ordinance in lieu thereof, prescribing the Classification Plan for all employees in the Classified Service of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Ordinance No. 9200 as adopted May 11, 1994 is hereby repealed and superseded. Section Two. Subject to the Civil Service Rules for administration, all positions in the Classified Service of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District shall be classified, coded and graded as follows: Section Three. The Classification Plan as herein prescribed is essential for the operation of the District, and requires enactment without delay, thus creating an emergency within the meaning of the Plan.
