AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) from the Clean Water Capital
Improvement Trust Fund for additional landscape architectural
services by Austin Tao & Associates for the Bissell Point
Wastewater Treatment Plant, M.S.D. Contract E-801.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there
is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to
pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Clean Water Capital
Improvement Trust Fund for additional landscape architectural
services by Austin Tao & Associates for the Bissell Point
Wastewater Treatment Plant, M.S.D. Contract E-801.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 13, 1995.
