AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Four
Hundred Twenty-three Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars ($423,900.00)
from the General Fund of the District for additional engineering
services for the District-Wide Stormwater Master Plan Study
(95025); and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer to enter into an amendment to Contract E-805 with Horner
& Shifrin, Inc. for the aforesaid engineering services.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 9331, adopted September 14, 1994,
appropriated the initial funding for said engineering services, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there
is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to
pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Hundred Twenty-three
Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars ($423,900.00) is hereby appropriated
from the General Fund of the District for additional engineering
services for the District-Wide Stormwater Master Plan Study
(95025).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into an amendment to Contract E-805
with Horner & Shifrin, Inc. for additional engineering services for
the District-Wide Stormwater Master Plan Study (95025); said
contract amendment to be comprised of such terms and conditions as
are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 13, 1995.
