AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 2-A of Resubdivision of Lot 2 of Plat No. 1 of Lamberton
Commercial Industrial Center, in the City of Bridgeton, in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
the District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and
this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the sewer easement in Lot 2-
A of Resubdivision of Lot 2 of Plat No. 1 of Lamberton Commercial
Industrial Center, in the City of Bridgeton, in St. Louis County,
Missouri, described below is hereby vacated, to wit:
A portion of the Northwest five feet (5') easement of Lot
2-A. Beginning at the northernmost corner of said Lot 2-
A; thence along the boundary of said Lot 2-A, South 37
degrees 30 minutes East 5.00 feet; thence South 52
degrees 30 minutes 30 seconds West 115.00 feet along the
Southeast line of said Northwest 5 foot wide tract;
thence North 37 degrees 30 minutes West 5.00 feet to the
Northwest line of said Lot 2-A; thence North 52 degrees
30 minutes 30 seconds East 115.00 feet along said
Northwest line of Lot 2-A back to the place of beginning,
as recorded in Plat Book 107, Page 91 of the St. Louis
County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 13, 1995.
