AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
part of Lot 1 of Dielman Rock Island Industrial Park - Plat No. 1
in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed to
grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the sewer easement described
below is hereby vacated, to wit:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot 1, same
being the point of intersection of the southerly line of
the Chicago Rock Island and Pacific Railroad 100 foot
wide right-of-way with the West line of Dielman Road (60
feet wide); thence North 81o04'23" West, along the North
line of said Lot 1, same being the said southerly line of
the railroad, 194.00 feet to the Point of Beginning of
the tract described herein; thence South 05o12'57" West,
224.67 feet to a point in the northerly line of Dielman
Rock Island Drive (40 feet wide); thence westerly, along
the said northerly line of said drive and around a curve
to the right that has a radius of 975.50 feet (radial
bearing at this point being North 00o49'22" East) for an
arc length of 20.04 feet to a point; thence North
05o12'57" East, 227.30 feet to a point in the said common
line between Lot 1 and the railroad; thence South
81o04'23" East, along said common line, 20.04 feet to the
Point of Beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 154, Page 13
of the St. Louis County Records; excepting therefrom the
portions which coincide with the sewer easement recorded
in Deed Book 9492, Pages 1993, 1994 and 1995 of the St.
Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 13, 1995.
