AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide
general utility easement in Lot 104 of "The Village of Conway Plat
One Boundary Adjustment Plat of Lots 102 to 105", as recorded in
Plat Book 260, Page 10 of the St. Louis County Records, also being
in the City of Town and Country, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a ten
foot (10') wide general utility easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the aforesaid Lot
104; thence along the North line of Lot 104, North 89
degrees 19 minutes 00 seconds West 18.00 feet to a point;
thence South 00 degrees 41 minutes 00 seconds West 25.00
feet to the actual point of beginning of said centerline
of said 10.00 wide easement; thence along said
centerline, North 89 degrees 19 minutes 00 seconds West
173.42 feet to the point of ending of said 10 foot (10')
wide easement, said ending point being 31.00 feet East of
the West line of Lot 104 and 25.00 feet South of the
North line of Lot 104.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 13, 1995.
