AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of easements in the
Common Ground Area and in Lot 19 of Chestnut Meadows, Plat 2, a
subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
165, Page 82 in the St. Louis County Records, also in the northeast
quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 11, Township 43 North -
Range 6 East, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portions of subject easements, and this
District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of sewer
easements are hereby vacated, to wit:
Two parcels of land located in Chestnut Meadows Plat 2, a
subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 165, Page 82 of the St. Louis
County Records and being more particularly described as:
Parcel 1:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot 19;, thence
North 00 degrees 01 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of
120 feet; thence South 89 degrees 58 minutes 30 seconds
West a distance of 4.55 feet; thence South 42 degrees 15
minutes West a distance of 8.11 feet to the West line of
a 10 foot wide easement; thence along said West line,
South 00 degrees 01 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of
90.09 feet; thence South 22 degrees 43 minutes 20 seconds
East a distance of 25.92 feet to the point of beginning.
Parcel 2:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot 19; thence
along the West line of said Lot, North 00 degrees 01
minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 120 feet; thence
leaving said West line, North 89 degrees 58 minutes 30
seconds East a distance of 10 feet to the East line of a
10 foot wide easement; thence along said East line, South
00 degrees 01 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of
115.12 feet to the South line of said Lot 19; thence
along said South line, South 63 degrees 58 minutes 40
seconds West a distance of 11.13 feet to the point of
beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 13, 1995.
