AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Five Thousand Four Hundred
Seventy-six Dollars ($5,476.00) from the Improvement Fund to pay
the State of Missouri's share of the total costs for the
construction of storm sewers in Jennings Road & Green Haven
Stormwater Project (P-20202)), in the City of Flordell Hills,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, said project was undertaken by the City of
Flordell Hills, Missouri at an estimated total cost of Sixteen
Thousand Four Hundred Thirty Dollars ($16,430.00), and
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Five Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-six Dollars ($5,476.00) toward
the total costs of said project, and will deposit said amount with
the District, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there
is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to
pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Thousand Four Hundred
Seventy-six Dollars ($5,476.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Improvement Fund to pay the State of Missouri's share of the total
costs for the construction of storm sewers in Jennings Road & Green
Haven Stormwater Project (P-20202), in the City of Flordell Hills,
Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 13, 1995.
