GOOD FAITH RESOLUTION - PURCHASE OF 20 COOKE AVENUE
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret is desired of purchasing property located at
20 Cooke Avenue; and
WltEREAS, the property has offered for sale at the cost of $140,000.00 plus closing
costs; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to NJ.S.A. 40A: 12-3 the
Borough Council hereby authorizes the purchase of 20 Cooke Avenue fi.om United
Counties Trust Company.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Borough Clerk are authorized
to execute all contracts and documents relative to the transactions.
Adopted this 5th day of December, 1996
and certified as a true copy of the original
on December 6, 1996.
