AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Four
Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($450,000.00) from the Emergency
Fund for additional costs for the 1993 Flood Restoration Project at
the Missouri River Treatment Plant (94021), and emergency
engineering Contract E-796, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 9078, as adopted August 11, 1993,
appropriated the initial funding and Ordinance No. 9117, as adopted
November 17, 1993, and Ordinance No. 9196, as adopted May 11, 1994,
provided supplemental funding for said projects, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there
is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to
pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Hundred Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($450,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Emergency
Fund for additional costs for the 1993 Flood Restoration Project at
the Missouri River Treatment Plant (94021), and emergency
engineering Contract E-796 in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 10, 1995.
