HomeMy Public PortalAbout09648 O R D I N A N C E NO. 9648 AN ORDINANCE, vacating the sewer easements, general utility easements and right-of-way in a tract of land being all of Lots 22 through 36, part of Lots 9, 10, 11, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 37, 38, 39, 40, 45 and 46, also part of National Industrial Drive, 60 feet wide and all of Terminal Industrial Parkway, 60 feet wide of Rock Road Industrial Center, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 142, Pages 2 and 3 of the Recorder's Office in St. Louis County, Missouri, part of Lot 62 of Outer Belt Terrace, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 17 of the above said Recorder's Office, together with easements granted to Carsonville Sewer District by instrument recorded in Book 1858, Page 61, and to Walton Road Sanitary Sewer District by instrument recorded in Book 2331, Page 19, all at the above said Recorder's Office, and being located in Section 22, Township 46 North, Range 6 East of the 5th Principal Meridian, St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to vacate the subject easements and right-of-way and this District has no further use for said easements and right-of- way. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District's rights to sewer easements, general utility easements and right-of- way in the following described tract of land are hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at the Southeast corner of above said Rock Road Industrial Center; said point also being located on the Southerly line of above said Section 22; thence North 89 degrees 24 minutes 29 seconds West along last said Southerly line and along the Southerly line of above said Rock Road Industrial Center 1408.06 feet to a point on the Easterly line of Missouri Interstate Highway 170; thence along last said Easterly line the following courses and distances; thence North 41 degrees 35 minutes 56 seconds East 339.54 feet; thence North 39 degrees 24 minutes 53 seconds East 628.94 feet; thence North 29 degrees 35 minutes 46 seconds East 930.00 feet; thence North 20 degrees 50 minutes 46 seconds East 440.00 feet; thence North 13 degrees 50 minutes 46 seconds East 300.00 feet; thence North 06 degrees 20 minutes 46 seconds East 400.00 feet; thence North 42 degrees 12 minutes 59 seconds East 104.90 feet; thence North 00 degrees 44 minutes 40 seconds East 201.00 feet to a point on the Westerly prolongation of the Southerly line of Ramona Avenue, 50 feet wide; thence along last said Southerly line and along the Southerly line of said Ramona Avenue South 89 degrees 13 minutes 10 seconds East 125.73 feet to a point in the center of Maline Creek; thence South 11 degrees 15 minutes 42 seconds East along the center of said Maline Creek 205.82 feet to a point on the Northerly line of above said Rock Road Industrial Center; thence South 89 degrees 07 minutes 44 seconds East along last said Northerly line 166.98 feet to the Northeasterly corner of above said Rock Road Industrial Center; thence South 07 degrees 23 minutes 11 seconds West along the Easterly line of said Rock Road Industrial Center 2758.53 feet to the point of beginning. EXCEPTING THEREFROM the sewer easements, general utility easements and right-of- way as shown on the record plat of "170 Business Center", as recorded in Plat Book 330, Page 100, of the St. Louis County Recorder's Office. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 10, 1995.
