AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide
easement located in a tract of land being part of Lots 5, 6 and 7
of "Country Oaks", a subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 234, Page 10 of the St. Louis County Records,
also being part of Lot "A" of "A Boundary Adjustment Plat Combining
Lots 5, 6 and 7 of Country Oaks" as recorded in Plat Book 337, Page
16 of said Records, in the Northeast Quarter of Section 19,
Township 44 North - Range 3 East, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a ten foot (10') wide
easement in said Lots 5, 6 and 7 of Country Oaks Subdivision as
shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked
Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 10, 1995.
