AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten foot (10') wide easement
located in a tract of land being part of Lot 2 of "Kempf Ridge
Estates", a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 327, Page 93 of the St. Louis County Records, in Township
44 North - Range 6 East, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10') wide easement in said
Lot 2 of Kempf Ridge Estates Subdivision as shown hachured on the
attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made
a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 10, 1995.
