AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide
easement located in a tract of land being part of Lot 1 of "Sunset
Ridge Estates", a subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 308, Page 58 of the St. Louis County Records,
in Fractional Section 6, Township 43 North - Range 6 East, St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a ten foot (10') wide
easement in said Lot 1 of Sunset Ridge Estates Subdivision as shown
hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked
Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 10, 1995.
