AN ORDINANCE, vacating a twenty foot (20') wide easement
and a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement located in Lots 1
and 2 of "Twin Branch", a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 274,
Page 52 of the St. Louis County Records, also being in a tract of
land being part of Lot 4 of "Rowe Heights", in Section 3, Township
44 North - Range 5 East, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the subject easement and portion of the
second subject easement, and this District has no further use for
said easement or portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The twenty foot (20') wide easement and
portion of the ten foot (10') wide easement in said Lots 1 and 2 of
Twin Branch as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation
Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, are hereby
vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 10, 1995.
