AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of the five foot (5')
wide easements located in a tract of land being part of Lots 148,
149 and 150 of "Winding Trails Plat 13", a subdivision according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 316, Pages 97 and 98 of the
St. Louis County Records, in Township 45 North - Range 3 East, St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portions of subject easements and this
District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of the 5 foot (5') wide
easements in said Lots 148, 149 and 150 of Winding Trails Plat 13
as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and
marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 10, 1995.
