AN ORDINANCE, vacating the District's rights to portions
of general utility easements in Lots A, B, 6, 7, 8 and 9 of "Wild
Horse Heights", a subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 319, Page 7, in the St. Louis County Records,
also in a tract of land in U.S. Surveys 153, 169 and 479 in
Township 45 North - Range 3 East, in the City of Chesterfield, St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the District's rights to the portions of
subject easements, and this District has no further use for said
portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The District's rights to the following
described portions of the general utility easements are hereby
vacated, to wit:
Five parcels of land located in "Wild Horse Heights", a
subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 319, Page 7 of the St. Louis
County Records and being more particularly described as:
PARCEL 1
Beginning at a point located 10.00 feet perpendicularly
distant East of the West line of said Lot A and 20.00 feet
perpendicularly distant North of the North line of Wild Horse Creek
Road, 60 feet wide, which from the Southwest corner of said Lot A
bears North 16 degrees 15 minutes 33 seconds East, 21.41 feet;

thence Northwardly along a line being parallel to and 10.00 feet
perpendicularly distant East of the West line of said Lots A and E,
North 11 degrees 34 minutes 57 seconds West, 516.22 feet and North
11 degrees 26 minutes 23 seconds West, 435.41 feet to a point;
thence Eastwardly along a line being parallel to and 35.00 feet
perpendicularly distant South of the North line of said Lot E,
North 89 degrees 41 minutes 21 seconds East, 42.73 feet to a point
on a curve; thence Southwesterly around a curve to the left that
has a radius of 10.00 feet for an arc length of 17.65 feet and a
chord which bears South 39 degrees 07 minutes 29 seconds West,
15.45 feet to a point of tangency; thence southwardly along a line
being parallel to and 40.00 feet perpendicularly distant East of
the West line of said Lots A and E, South 11 degrees 26 minutes 23
seconds East, 417.38 feet and South 11 degrees 34 minutes 57
seconds East 520.23 feet to a point on a curve; thence Westwardly
along a curve to the right being parallel to and 20.00 feet
perpendicularly distant North of the North line of said Wild Horse
Creek Road, said curve having radius of 1196.28 feet for an arc
length of 30.28 feet to the point of beginning.
PARCEL 2
Beginning at a point which from the Southeast corner of
said Lot 6 bears the following courses and distances: 1st, North
11 degrees 51 minutes 27 seconds West along the West line of said
Lot 6, 38.62 feet to a point; 2nd, leaving the West line of said
Lot 6, North 53 degrees 08 minutes 33 seconds East, 5.52 feet to
the point of beginning; thence Northwardly along a line being
parallel to and 5.00 feet perpendicularly distant East of the West
line of said Lot 6, North 11 degrees 51 minutes 27 seconds West,
22.86 feet to a point on a curve; thence Northeastwardly around a
curve to the right that has a radius of 64.00 feet for an arc
length of 21.91 feet and a chord which bears South 87 degrees 34
minutes 04 seconds East, 21.81 feet to a point of reverse
curvature; thence Northeastwardly around a curve to the left that
has a radius of 20.00 feet for an arc length of 17.14 feet and a
chord which bears North 77 degrees 41 minutes 31 seconds East,
16.62 feet to a point; thence Southwesterly along a line being
parallel to and 35.00 feet perpendicularly distant North of the
South line of said Lot 6, South 53 degrees 08 minutes 33 seconds
West, 41.65 feet to the point of beginning.
PARCEL 3
Beginning at a point which from the Southeast corner of
said Lot 7 bears the following courses and distances. 1st, North
11 degrees 51 minutes 27 seconds West along the West line of said

Lot 7, 38.62 feet to a point; 2nd, leaving the East line of said
Lot 7, South 53 degrees 08 minutes 33 seconds West, 5.05 feet to a
point; 3rd, South 88 degrees 49 minutes 58 seconds West, 0.43 feet
to the point of beginning; thence westwardly along a line being
parallel to and 35.00 feet perpendicularly distant North of the
South line of said Lot 7, South 88 degrees 49 minutes 50 seconds
West, 41.89 feet to a point on a curve; thence Northeastwardly
around a curve to the right that has a radius of 64.00 feet for an
arc length of 46.55 feet and a chord which bears North 52 degrees
49 minutes 26 seconds East, 45.53 feet to a point; thence
Southwardly along a line being parallel to and 5.00 feet
perpendicularly distant West of the East line of said Lot 7, South
11 degrees 51 minutes 27 seconds East, 27.42 feet to the point of
beginning.
PARCEL 4
Beginning at a point which from the Northeast corner of
said Lot 8 bears the following courses and distances: 1st, South 3
degrees 14 minutes 39 seconds East along the East line of said Lot
8, 35.02 feet to a point; 2nd, leaving the East line of said Lot 8,
South 88 degrees 49 minutes 58 seconds West, 5.00 feet to the point
of beginning; thence Southwardly along a line being parallel to and
5.00 feet perpendicularly distant West of the East line of said Lot
8, South 3 degrees 14 minutes 39 seconds East, 28.96 feet to a
point on a curve; thence Northwestwardly around a curve to the
right that has a radius of 64.00 feet for an arc length of 60.81
feet and a chord which bears North 61 degrees 32 minutes 30 seconds
West, 58.55 feet to a point; thence Easterly along a line being
parallel to and 35.00 feet perpendicularly distant South of the
North line of said Lot 8, North 88 degrees 49 minutes 58 seconds
East, 49.85 feet to the point of beginning.
PARCEL 5
Beginning at a point which from the Northwest corner of
said Lot 9 bears the following courses and distances: 1st, South 3
degrees 14 minutes 39 seconds East along the West line of said Lot
9, 63.62 feet to a point; 2nd, leaving the West line of said Lot 9,
North 88 degrees 49 minutes 58 seconds East, 5.00 feet to the point
of beginning; thence Northwardly along a line being parallel to and
5.00 feet perpendicularly distant East of the West line of said Lot
9, North 3 degrees 14 minutes 39 seconds West, 28.60 feet to a
point; thence Eastwardly and Northeastwardly along a line being
parallel to and 35.00 feet perpendicularly distant South of the
North line of said Lot 9, North 88 degrees 49 minutes 58 seconds

East, 5.00 feet and North 53 degrees 08 minutes 33 seconds East,
74.76 feet to a point on a curve; thence Southwestwardly around a
curve to the left that has a radius of 20.00 feet for an arc length
of 17.14 feet and a chord which bears South 28 degrees 35 minutes
36 seconds West, 16.62 feet to a point of reverse curvature; thence
Southwestwardly around a curve to the right that has a radius of
64.00 feet for an arc length of 87.38 feet and a chord which bears
South 43 degrees 09 minutes 35 seconds West, 80.75 feet to the
point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 10, 1995.
