AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of
the District in a portion of the fifty foot (50') wide vacated
right-of-way of Irving Avenue as recorded in Deed Book 69, Page 36
St. Louis County Records, and a portion of the vacated 50 foot
(50') wide right-of-ways of Amelia Avenue and Windham Avenue as
recorded in Deed Book 1864, page 383, St. Louis County Records,
said vacated right-of-ways being in the City of Pine Lawn,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this
District vacate any right, title or interest that it may have in
portions of the subject roadways, and this District has no further
use for said portions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of a fifty foot (50') wide
vacated right-of-ways of Irving Avenue, Amelia Avenue and Windham
Avenue as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat",
and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 10, 1995.
