AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a five foot (5') wide
general utility easement in Lot 987 of "Paddock Hills, Plat 11", a
subdivision according to the plat thereof in Plat Book 87, Page 48
of the St. Louis County Recorder's Office, and in the City of
Florissant, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a five
foot (5') wide general utility easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
The western 120.00 feet of the 5 foot easement adjacent
and parallel to the northern lot line of Lot 987 of
Paddock Hills, Plat 11.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 10, 1995.
