AN ORDINANCE, vacating the District's rights to a
drainage easement recorded in Deed Book 5684, Page 429 of the St.
Louis County Records, and being a strip of land fifty feet (50')
wide in U.S. Survey 3102, Township 43 North, Range 6 East, lying in
Block 111 of "Carondelet Commons South of River des Peres", in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District vacate its rights to the subject drainage easement,
and this District has no further use for said drainage easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The drainage easement recorded in Deed Book
5684, Page 429 of the St. Louis County Records is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 10, 1995.
