AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of the ten foot (10')
wide easement recorded in Deed Book 7176, Page 988 of the St. Louis
County Records and being located in a tract of land being part of
Lot 1D of the proposed "Hickory Manor Village D", in Section 1,
Township 44 North - Range 3 East, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a ten foot (10') wide
easement recorded in Deed Book 7176, Page 988 as shown hachured on
the attached "Easement Vacation Plat, and marked Exhibit "A" and
made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 10, 1995.
