AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into a contract with Gershenson Construction
Company, Inc. for the construction, rebuilding and/or replacing
inlets, manholes, inlet manholes and replacing sewer pipe in
Infrastructure Repair #146 (Maintenance) 94128, in the Cities of
Clayton, Creve Coeur, Ladue, Olivette, Overland, University City,
Webster Groves, and unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Gershenson
Construction Company, Inc. for the construction, rebuilding and/or
replacing inlets, manholes, inlet manholes and replacing sewer pipe
in Infrastructure Repair #146 (Maintenance) 94128, in the Cities of
Clayton, Creve Coeur, Ladue, Olivette, Overland, University City,
Webster Groves, and unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 7th day of August,
1995.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 14, 1995.
