HomeMy Public PortalAbout09679 O R D I N A N C E NO. 9679 AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-four Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty-eight Dollars ($24,888.00) from the Improvement Fund to pay the State of Missouri's share of the total costs for the construction of storm sewers in Summer Hill Lane #13 Stormwater Project (P-20247), in the City of Town & Country, Missouri. WHEREAS, said project was undertaken by Town & Country, Missouri at an estimated total cost of Seventy-four Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-six Dollars ($74,666.00), and WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute Twenty-four Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty-eight Dollars ($24,888.00) toward the total costs of said project, and will deposit said amount with the District, and WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of Twenty-four Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty-eight Dollars ($24,888.00) is hereby appropriated from the Improvement Fund to pay the State of Missouri's share of the total costs for the construction of storm sewers in Summer Hill Lane Stormwater Project (P-20247), in the City of Town & Country, Missouri. Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 14, 1995.
