AN ORDINANCE, vacating all right, title or interest of
the District in a private roadway, public sewer, water and public
utility easement in U.S. Survey 403 and 3118, Township 43 North,
Range 6 East in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the land has requested that the
District vacate all right, title or interest that it may have in
the subject private roadway, public sewer, water and public utility
easement, and has established a new private roadway, public sewer,
water and public utility easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates all right, title or interest that it may have in the
following described private roadway, public sewer, water and public
utility easement fifty feet (50') wide (Jedmed Court).
Commencing at the point of intersection of the Eastern
line of a 10 foot wide strip of land dedicated for
widening of Lemay Ferry Road, as shown in Plat Book 139,
Page 57, with the South line of a tract of land described
to Associate Engineering in Deed Book 8032, Page 235;
thence along the Eastern line of said 10 foot wide
dedication strip, North 11 degrees 56 minutes 00 seconds
East 58.82 feet to a point of curve being the true POINT
OF BEGINNING of the tract herein described; thence
Northeast along a curve to the right having a radius of
20.00 feet, an arc distance of 31.42 feet to a point of
reverse curve; thence Northeast along a curve to the left
having a radius of 139.31 feet, an arc distance of 111.94
feet to a point of tangent; thence North 55 degrees 53
minutes 33 seconds East 76.05 feet to a point of curve;
thence Northeast along a curve to the right having a
radius of 98.00 feet, an arc distance of 96.80 feet to
the point of tangent; thence South 67 degrees 30 minutes
51 seconds East 55.52 feet to a point of curve; thence
Northeast, North and Northwest along a curve to the left
having a radius of 54.00 feet, an arc distance of 243.34
feet to a point of reverse curve; thence Southwest along
a curve to the right having a radius of 20.00 feet, an
arc distance of 25.28 feet to a point of reverse curve;
thence Southwest along a curve to the left having a
radius of 148.00 feet, an arc distance of 131.26 feet to
the point of tangent; thence South 55 degrees 53 minutes
33 seconds West 76.05 feet to a point of curve; thence
Southwest along a curve to the right having a radius of
72.15 feet, an arc distance of 59.71 feet to the point of
tangent; thence North 76 degrees 41 minutes 40 seconds
West 30.63 feet to the point on the Eastern line of said
10 foot wide dedication strip; thence along the Eastern
line of said 10 foot dedication strip, South 11 degrees
56 minutes 00 seconds East 76.00 feet to the true POINT
OF BEGINNING, as recorded in Deed Book 8671, Page 139 of
the St. Louis County Records, excepting therefrom the
existing sewer easement recorded in Deed Book 8020, Page
515 of the St. Louis County Records, also excepting
therefrom the existing fifty foot (50') wide private
roadway, public sewer, water and public utility easement
(Jedmed Court) as recorded in Plat Book 308, Page 53 of
the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 14, 1995.
