AN ORDINANCE, vacating all right, title or interest of
the District in a gravel road in U.S. Survey 1341 and Section 8,
Township 43 North, Range 6 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the land has requested that the
District vacate all right, title or interest that it may have in
the subject gravel road, and the District has no further use for
said gravel road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates all right, title or interest that it may have in the
following described gravel road:
COMMENCING at the intersection of the northerly line of
Lilac Ridge (50' W) Lane, as described in Deed Book 4701,
Pages 206 and 207, St. Louis County Records, with the
easterly line of a Kerth (50' W) Road, as recorded in
Plat Book 29, Page 2, St. Louis County Records; thence
along said easterly line, North 15 degrees 12 minutes 59
seconds East 681.70 feet to THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING
of this description; thence leaving said easterly line
and continuing along the southerly line of Quinland
Estates Plat 1, as recorded in Plat Book 159, Page 22,
St. Louis County Records, and its westerly prolongation,
South 73 degrees 47 minutes 01 second East 430.00 feet;
thence leaving said southerly line and continuing along
the easterly and southerly lines of the hereinafter
described tract of land the following courses and
distances: South 15 degrees 12 minutes 59 seconds West
10.00 feet and North 73 degrees 47 minutes 01 second West
430.00 feet to the aforementioned easterly line of Kerth
Road; thence along said easterly line, North 15 degrees
12 minutes 59 seconds East 10.00 feet to THE POINT OF
BEGINNING, excepting therefrom to existing ten (10) foot
wide sewer easement as recorded in Plat Book 277, Pages
44 and 45 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 14, 1995.
