AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in a
tract of land being part of an existing ten foot wide sewer
easement according to the Sewer Easement Plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 219, Page 25 of the St. Louis County Records and being
part of property designated Adjusted Parcel 1 as shown on the
"Boundary Adjustment Plat of Part of Lots A and B of Chesterfield
Village North Plat 1 and Part of U.S. Survey 123, Township 45
North, Range 4 East, St. Louis County, Missouri", according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 213, Page 23 of said records.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a ten
foot (10') wide sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of the aforesaid
Boundary Adjustment Plat; thence along the East line
thereof, North 13 degrees 28 minutes 47 seconds West
412.00 feet to the centerline of a ten foot wide sewer
easement shown on said plat thereof; thence the following
courses and distances along the centerline of said ten
foot wide sewer easement, North 60 degrees 58 minutes 47
seconds West 16.28 feet; North 36 degrees 40 minutes 46
seconds West 99.00 feet; North 13 degrees 28 minutes 47
seconds West 90.00 feet; North 62 degrees 59 minutes 37
seconds West 162.00 feet; thence North 66 degrees 24
minutes 09 seconds West 185.00 feet; North 82 degrees 49
minutes 39 seconds West 290.00 feet; South 61 degrees 46
minutes 14 seconds West 8.09 feet to the Point of

Beginning of the tract of land hereon described; thence
South 80 degrees 04 minutes 38 seconds East 6.48 feet to
a point; thence South 82 degrees 49 minutes 39 seconds
East 1.72 feet to a point in the South line of said
existing sewer easement; thence along the South and
Southeast lines of said existing sewer easement, South 61
degrees 46 minutes 14 seconds West 145.22 feet; North 78
degrees 14 minutes 11 seconds West 264.17 feet to a point
in the East line of a Stormwater Control Easement as
shown on said Sewer Easement Plat; thence along the East
line of said Stormwater Control Easement, North 07
degrees 19 minutes 26 seconds East 10.03 feet to a
Northwesterly corner of said sewer easement; thence along
the North and Northwesterly lines of said sewer easement,
South 78 degrees 14 minutes 11 seconds East 261.31 feet
to a point; North 61 degrees 46 minutes 14 seconds East
128.72 feet to a point; thence leaving the Northwesterly
line of said sewer easement, South 80 degrees 04 minutes
38 seconds East 8.09 feet to the point of beginning.
