AN ORDINANCE, vacating the District's right to a five
foot (5') wide sewer and public utility easement in a tract of land
as described in the deed as recorded in Deed Book 2090, Page 396 of
the St. Louis County Records and being in U.S. Survey 2968 and
Fractional Section 10, Township 43 North, Range 6 East, St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The District's rights to a five foot (5')
wide sewer and public utility easement located along the western
line of the property described in Deed Book 2090, Page 396 of the
St. Louis County Records is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 14, 1995.
