AN ORDINANCE, vacating a general utility easement located
in Lots 1 and 2 of "Bompart View Estates", a subdivision according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 336, Page 43 of the St.
Louis County Records, in the City of Webster Groves, St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The general utility easement in said Lots
1 and 2 of Bompart View Estates as shown hachured on the attached
"Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part
hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 14, 1995.
