AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of
the District in a private drive easement and easement in a tract of
land being part of Lots 1K, 2K, 3K, and 4K of "Wildhorse Village
K", a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 333, Pages 93 through 95 of the St. Louis County Records, in
U.S. Survey 479, Township 45 North, Range 6 East, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this
District vacate any right, title or interest that it may have in
the subject private drive easement and easement, and this District
has no further use for said private drive easement and easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates any right, title or interest that it may have in the
private drive easement and easement as shown on the attached
"Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part
hereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 14, 1995.
