AN ORDINANCE, vacating the District's rights to an
easement established by the Quit Claim Deed recorded in Deed Book
8007, Page 2128 of the St. Louis County Records, also being part of
U.S. Surveys 132 and 133 of St. Ferdinand Commonfields, Township 47
North, Range 6 East, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the subject easement, and this District has
no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT;
Section One. The easement established by the Quit claim
Deed recorded in Deed Book 8007, Page 2128 is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 14, 1995.
