AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide
sewer easement located in a tract of land being part of Lot 4 of
Langdon Way, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 328, Pages 49 and 50 of the St. Louis County Records,
in Section 2, Township 45 North, Range 5 East, in the City of Creve
Coeur, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a ten foot (10') wide sewer
easement in said Lot 4 of Langdon Way as shown hachured on the
attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made
a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 14, 1995.
