AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a general utility
easement in Lot 24 of "Shepard Estates Plat 2", a subdivision as
recorded in Plat Book 290, Pages 32 and 33 of the St. Louis County
Records.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a
general utility easement in Lot 24 of Shepard Estates Plat 2 is
hereby vacated, to wit:
Beginning at a point in the South line of said Lot 24 a
distance North 86 degrees 12 minutes 25 seconds East
10.03 feet from the Southwest corner of said Lot 24;
thence along a line parallel to the West line of said Lot
24 North 00 degrees 35 minutes 10 seconds East a distance
of 64.45 feet to a point; thence continuing along a line
parallel to said West line North 30 degrees 35 minutes 09
seconds East a distance of 100.24 feet to a point; thence
continuing along a line parallel to said West line North
60 degrees 35 minutes 10 seconds East a distance of 12.57
feet to its intersection with the East line of said
easement; thence along the East line of said easement
South 14 degrees 52 minutes 10 seconds West a distance of
160.88 feet to a point on the South line of said Lot 24;
thence along the South line of said Lot 24 South 86
degrees 12 minutes 25 seconds West a distance of 21.37
feet to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 14, 1995.
