AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer to execute an easement deed to Union Electric
for the installation of an aerial electrical crossing of the River
des Peres Drainage Works, south of Interstate 55 in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to execute an easement deed to
Union Electric for the installation of an aerial electrical
crossing of the River des Peres Drainage Works, south of Interstate
55 in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. The easement deed as authorized by Section
One of this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and
conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of
the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 14, 1995.
