AMENDED BY NO. 9901 - 6/13/96
AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Secretary-Treasurer to
appoint an internal auditor within his office and prescribing the
salary thereof.
WHEREAS, Section 7.020(5) of the Plan of The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District authorizes the Secretary-Treasurer to
appoint employees; and
WHEREAS, Section 8.070 of the Plan authorizes the Board
of Trustees to set the salary of all officers and employees;
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Secretary-Treasurer is hereby
authorized to appoint an internal auditor.
Section Two. The salary of the internal auditor is
Fifty-seven Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-five and 96/100 Dollars
($57,655.96), per annum, payable in equal bi-weekly installments.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 12, 1995.
