AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into a contract with Schuster Engineering, Inc.
for the construction, rebuilding and/or replacing inlets, manholes,
inlet manholes and replacing sewer pipe in Infrastructure Repair
#140 (Maintenance) 94121, in the Cities of Berkeley, Black Jack,
Ferguson, and Hazelwood, and unincorporated St. Louis County,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Schuster
Engineering, Inc. for the construction, rebuilding and/or replacing
inlets, manholes, inlet manholes and replacing sewer pipe in
Infrastructure Repair #140 (Maintenance) 94121, in the Cities of
Berkeley, Black Jack, Ferguson, and Hazelwood, and unincorporated
St. Louis County, Missouri, pursuant to bids received and opened on
the 15th day of August, 1995.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 12, 1995.
