AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into a contract with J.H. Berra Construction
Company, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Infrastructure Repair #154 (Yaeger Road #2892) 95021, in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with J.H. Berra
Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers
in Infrastructure Repair #154 (Yaeger Road #2892) 95021, in St.
Louis County, Missouri, pursuant to bids received and opened on the
30th day of August, 1995.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 12, 1995.
