AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Five
Hundred Fifty Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($550,500.00) from the
Fee Fee Extension and Improvement Fund to be used for additional
project costs for the construction of sanitary sewers in East
Concord Interceptor Relief Phase I (89135), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 9498, adopted March 9, 1995,
appropriated the initial funding for said project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there
is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to
pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Hundred Fifty Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($550,500.00) from the Fee Fee Extension and
Improvement Fund is hereby appropriated to be used for additional
project costs for the construction of sanitary sewers in East
Concord Interceptor Relief Phase I (89135), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 12, 1995.
