AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of an easement located in
a tract of land being part of Lots 3 and 4 of "Braefield", a
subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
331, Pages 80 and 81 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City
of Chesterfield, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portions of subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of an easement in said Lots 3
and 4 of Braefield Subdivision as shown hachured on the attached
"Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part
hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 12, 1995.
