AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide
easement in Lot 67 of "Grant Haven Plat 3", a subdivision as
recorded in Plat Book 96, Page 82 of the St. Louis County Records,
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a ten
foot (10') wide sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
Commencing at the Northeastern corner of Lot 67, said
corner also being the Northwestern corner of Lot 66;
thence South 17o30' West (Assumed Bearing - Basis for all
bearings), along the line common to Lots 66, 67, a
distance of 121.56 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, of the
strip herein described, said point being the Northeastern
corner of said 10.00 foot wide easement; thence
continuing along said line common to Lots 66, 67, South
17o30' West, a distance of 10.60 feet to the Southeastern
corner of the 10.00 foot wide easement; thence North 53o
12'44" West along the Southern line of said easement a
distance of 132.16 feet to a point, said point lying 5.00
feet perpendicular to the line common to Lots 67, 68;
thence North 61o02'41" East along a line parallel to said
Lot line of Lots 66, 67 a distance of 10.97 feet to a
point on the Northern line of said easement; thence South
53o12'44" East, along the Northern line of said easement
a distance of 124.15 feet to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 12, 1995.
